History
EarthChannel is a division of Media Management Systems, Inc. (MMS), a debt-free Georgia corporation founded in 1984. With a primary goal of integrating analog and digital media, MMS helped pioneer digital still imaging and audio in the 1980s and digital video in the 1990s. In 1995, EarthChannel was formed to help clients create and present digital media on the Internet. EarthChannel's server bank is connected to the Internet via multiple 10Gbs OC-192 superpipes for uncompromised scalability. With a focus on advanced technology and excellent customer service, EarthChannel has grown to be one of the oldest and most successful privately-owned streaming organizations.
